These are now known as Initial Rentals. It can be on1-12 month’s payments upfront. The bigger the payment down, the cheaper the monthly rentals will be. 

Paperwork isn’t free, and neither is the person who does it. It’s usually a one-off charge (£225+VAT), small but essential.

Breathe. Report it ASAP, and we’ll sort the boring admin. Insurance usually covers it, but try not to make a habit of it.

Scratches, dings, and life’s little messes - the stuff normal humans cause. Not the "ran it through a hedge" stuff.

Sometimes possible, but it’s like breaking up and getting back together - complicated and might cost you more that it's worth.

Depends on your deal. Some leases include it, some don’t. We’ll spell it out so you’re not caught off guard.

Usually, your lease includes roadside assistance. If not, you’re on your own. Ask about an upgrade for peace of mind.
