To proceed with brokering a vehicle contract hire / consumer credit finance request, we are obliged to bring the following information to your attention: 
We are Summit Vans Ltd t/a Summit Drive, and our registered office is 16 Redcliff Road, Melton, East Yorkshire, HU14 3RS.

Summit Vans Ltd t/a Summit Drive is an appointed representative of ITC Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (their registration number is 313486). Permitted activities include acting as a credit broker not a lender and entering into regulated hire agreements as owner.

We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We charge a £270 incl VAT arrangement fee for our Consumer Credit services. This fee is payable via credit/debit card or bank transfer, once finance approval has been received and on signing of the order form.

The processing fee is non-refundable, or may be transferred to a subsequent order if received within 6 months of original order.  
Please note, this policy is for the cancellation of brokerage services provided by Summit Vans Ltd t/a Summit Drive and does not relate to your cancellation rights with the finance provider.
